  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the job
  • Preferably specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
  • Candidate will need to see customers in challenging situations and dirty environments regularly for this job position.
  • Knowledge in Myhijau applications is an added advantage
  • Candidate must possess a valid driving license and a car
  • Candidate must posses a willing to learn attitude and mentality
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Google G Suite of Business Apps, 
  • Knowledge in Solidworks, Ansys and Asana is an added advantage
  • Independent with Initiative
  • Possess analytical thinking in engineering concept
  • Result oriented focused in achieving or exceeding work and company’s objective 
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and good time management
  • Good Communication Skill
  • Able to work in a team

岗位职责

  

  • Attend to on-site technical complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring effective resolution and high customer satisfaction. 
  • Troubleshoot, analyse, and identify issues on-site, providing both immediate (temporary) solutions and long-term corrective actions through structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA). 
  • Prepare, maintain, and manage proper documentation (physical and digital) for all work processes, including but not limited to site reports, investigation findings, schedules, and delivery orders (DO). 
  • Provide clear, accurate, and cost-effective feedback to management to support informed decision-making. 
  • Drive and ensure solutions are properly engineered, implemented, and monitored for effectiveness. 
  • Continuously improve daily tasks and processes to enhance work quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. 
  • Work collaboratively with team members, suppliers and customers by sharing findings and contributing to problem-solving and improvement initiatives. 
  • To do the necessary and implement MyHIJAU (or similar Environmental certifications) for the company and its products.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
