Requirements
- Hold a Diploma or Degree qualification.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Computer savvy.
- Capable of effectively communicating and coordinating with all departments.
- Able to work autonomously, self-driven, and disciplined.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing after-sales service operations.
- Tasked with preparing cost estimates and purchase orders for subcontractors.
- Acting as a liaison with the technical department to provide quotes to customers.
- Verifying purchase orders, delivery orders, and invoices to ensure consistency in quantities and pricing.
- Monitoring the availability of spare parts and placing orders as needed.
- Coordinating with clients and subcontractors regarding repair work or the installation of new pumps.
- Organizing transportation for the delivery of pumps and spare parts.
- Assisting the sales team by handling administrative responsibilities.
- Facilitating communication between clients and internal departments.
