任职资格

Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in retail
Strong leadership and people management skills
Sales-driven with a good understanding of KPIs and retail performance
Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or sportswear retail is an added advantage

岗位职责

Lead and manage daily store operations in line with company and brand standards
Drive sales performance to achieve and exceed store targets and KPIs
Analyse sales reports and store performance to identify opportunities for growth
Maximise sales productivity and store profitability
Lead, coach, and develop store staff through training and performance management
Conduct staff appraisals and support career development within the team
Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer enquiries or complaints professionally
Ensure high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and cleanliness
Manage inventory levels and stock movements to ensure availability and efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
