• Assist tenants with check-in, check-out, rental, and accommodation-related matters 
• Handle tenant complaints and provide professional solutions 
• Coordinate maintenance issues with the operation team and follow up on progress 
• Maintain good relationships with tenants and provide excellent customer service 
• Update and manage tenant records and information 
• Assist tenants with payment reminders and rental documentation 
• Arrange appointments and support daily customer service operations 
• Ensure tenants receive timely support and assistance 
• Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants at all times
