• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance management of digital application systems, such as applications related to sales orders, business centre, API, promotions, price calculation and settlement, DI sales reports, margin minder, logistics supply chain and production planning, etc., supporting the launch of application system projects, handling IT problems, troubleshooting and application performance optimization.
• Assist the Senior IT Service Management Manager in implementing innovations and system improvements using new IT technologies. For example, the introduction of multi-cloud platform PaaS and SaaS services, cutting-edge databases, microservices, containers/Docker, and middleware products to promote technological innovations such as automated O&M, AIOps, and DevOps to better meet the company's growing business needs and digital transformation needs.
• Responsible for providing daily operation and maintenance management support for SAP and Call Center (Avaya) systems in cloud data centres and bottling plants, including testing, project implementation assistance, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining and managing virtual desktops, SSLVPN, AD/DNS, and VMware/Hypervisor virtualization platforms in cloud data centres and bottling factories to ensure the stable operation of the system. It is also responsible for the lifecycle management of the above systems, the formulation and implementation of upgrade plans, performance optimization, analysis of system bottlenecks and rapid troubleshooting.
• Responsible for promoting optimization, improvement, and innovation related to DevSecOps/AIOps/automated O&M and is responsible for code development and writing as a core member.
• Work closely with the cloud service infrastructure support team to be responsible for the operation and maintenance support of the cloud platform and network infrastructure to ensure the stability of the system base and network infrastructure.
• Assist in supporting the Senior IT Service Management Manager in the implementation of centralized integration projects for on-premises applications in bottling plants and the migration of plant data centres to cloud platform projects.
• Cooperate with the senior IT service management manager to complete the preparation of relevant standards, processes and operation documents, and complete the daily system operation and maintenance work according to the documents.

Profile

• Diploma/Higher Diploma/Degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
• Proficient in Windows AD/DNS, VMWare, hypervisor and other system operation support and management capabilities, proficient in Linux OS.
• Proficient in supporting and maintaining middleware applications such as Tomcat, Nginx, IIS, WebLogic, MQ, etc.
• Familiar with public cloud systems such as AWS, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud, and has the ability and experience to develop and write code for DevSecOps/AIOPS/automated O&M.
• Familiar with SAP, Margin Minder, Avaya and other system operation and maintenance management capabilities and experience, and basic network operation support capabilities.
• Experience in IT project management
• Good learning ability; Cautious work attitude and good sense of responsibility; Good communication skills and excellent team spirit.
• 5 years of working experience in large enterprises
• Fluent English and Mandarin to communicate with client teams based in China and Hong Kong.
