Key Responsibilities
- Goods Receiving & Inventory Control
- Receive, inspect, verify, and record incoming goods and materials against delivery orders and invoices.
- Perform daily stock counts and support monthly inventory reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Update inventory records in the system and promptly report discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
- Warehouse Operations
- Arrange, label, and store materials systematically in designated warehouse locations in accordance with FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Prepare, pick, pack, and stage outgoing shipments according to delivery schedules and customer requirements.
- Support loading and unloading of goods to ensure safe and efficient material handling.
- Logistics & Import / Export Support
- Assist in import and export documentation, including delivery orders, packing lists, invoices, and customs-related documents (as applicable).
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and internal teams on shipment status and delivery timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation for goods receiving, delivery, and shipment records.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate material movement with Production, Purchasing, and Sales departments to support operational requirements.
- Communicate stock availability and delivery status to relevant stakeholders.
- Equipment & Safety Compliance
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (where certified) in a safe and responsible manner.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in compliance with 5S and company safety procedures.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse SOPs, safety regulations, and audit requirements.
- Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support
- Maintain accurate filing of logistics and warehouse documentation.
- Support ad-hoc logistics and warehouse-related tasks as assigned by management.
Job Specification :
1 year of working experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
Prior internship or exposure to logistics environment is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Excel / basic ERP or inventory system).
Ability to handle physical work (loading/unloading).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Most important: accuracy, discipline, and responsibility in handling materials.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
