Job Description
Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, draft letters, manage logistics (vendor management, gifting production/delivery), and handle internal reporting.
Project Support: Assist in managing end-to-end projects with stakeholders, focusing more on operation and administration aspects.
Stakeholder Relations Operation: Assist in managing important stakeholders for event sponsorships, gifting, and reporting.
Research Support: Assist necessary quick research on important stakeholders or events as requested by the team.
Minimum Requirements :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changes.
Meticulous and self-driven.
Fun with a positive nature and happy to be a talent / model for content creation.
Flexible, creative, resourceful and able to find solutions to unexpected problems.
Experience and Qualifications :
Degree or Studying in business or social sciences or English Language.
Proficiency in using MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint software.
Personal maturity and the ability to interact with a variety of people, including at the highest level.
