Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily sourcing, purchasing, and procurement activities
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on pricing, quality, and delivery performance
• Compare quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately and timely
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth material delivery
• Monitor stock availability and support inventory planning
• Maintain proper procurement records, supplier database, and documentation
• Resolve supplier or delivery-related issues when necessary
• Support cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives within procurement operations

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Sourcing role
• Mandarin speaking is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders
• Good negotiation, communication, and coordination skills
• Familiar with procurement processes, supplier management, and price comparison
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and procurement systems
• Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
