Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our logistics billing and operational data. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive invoice verification, data reconciliation, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and maintain compliance with operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform last mile invoice checking and verification to ensure billing accuracy and completeness
- Review and validate 3PL invoices against delivery records, agreed rates, and supporting documents
- Conduct data checking and reconciliation to identify discrepancies, missing information, or system inconsistencies
- Monitor shipment, delivery, and billing records to ensure accurate reporting and documentation
- Coordinate with logistics partners, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve invoice or data issues promptly
- Maintain proper records and trackers for invoice verification and operational audits
- Prepare summary reports and support month-end closing activities related to logistics billing
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle large volumes of operational and billing data accurately
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics, courier, warehouse, or 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operations
- Familiarity with logistics management systems or billing software
- Experience with invoice reconciliation or financial data validation
- Knowledge of logistics operations and 3PL workflows
