Warehouse customer service focuses on the operational and logistical support between a warehouse and its clients
- Order Tracking & Status Updates
- Providing real-time visibility on order processing, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Investigating and resolving "where is my order?" (WISMO) inquiries.
- Inventory Verification
- Confirming stock availability for pending orders.
- Reporting discrepancies between system data and physical inventory.
- Issue Resolution
- Handling short-shipments, overages, damaged goods, or incorrect items sent.
- Filing claims with carriers for lost or damaged shipments.
- Documentation Management
- Preparing and verifying packing slips, bills of lading (BOLs), and customs forms for international shipping.
- Maintaining accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments.
Requirements:
Education : minium diploma, degree in logistic in related field.
Experience : minimum 1 year experience in logistic,fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
Communication : able to communicate and write in english.
Able to work at shah alam area
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
