The project Manager oversees the planning, execution, monitoring and completion of projects. Responsible for delivery project outcomes within scope, budget, timeline and quality standard.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractor and supplier.
- Track progress, milestones and project performance.
- Ensure project work follows specification method statements, drawing, contractual obligations and QA/QC standards.
- Plan and manage multiple engineering project form conceptual development to handover within budget and deliver on time.
- Track Material Requisitions form (MRF), PO issuance to ensure smooth project.
- Conduct regular project meeting and provide summarized project plan documentation to departmental managers an stakeholder as needed.
- Conduct risk analysis to reduce unforeseen obstacles and costs.
- Manage assigned projects independently according to agreed plans, controls and budgets whilst ensuring project governance.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (E&I), Construction or related field.
- Strong planning, coordination and communication skills.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Project Manager execution.
