Job Description:
1. Develop and maintain long-term relationship with key accounts.
2. Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concern promptly and effectively.
3. Monitor and manage inventory levels for key accounts.
4. Ensure that stock levels are sufficient to meet client demands and avoid stockouts.
5. Coordinate with the warehouse teams to maintain optimal stick levels.
6. Regularly communicate with Watson to understand their needs, address any issues, and provide updates on product availability and promotions.
7. Arrange and oversee merchandisers to ensure products are properly stocked and displayed in stores.
8. Coordinate with merchandisers to schedule restocking and promotional activities.
9. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing warehouse, and customer services, to ensure a cohesive approach to key account management.
10. Prepare and present regular reports on key account status, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, inventory levels, and any issues or opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
