Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role located in Petaling Jaya. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include responding to customer concerns, providing information about the company's services, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering an exceptional Customer Experience
• Experience in improving Customer Satisfaction and handling customer inquiries effectively
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
