Role Description

Mahnaz Food is currently hiring a Pastry Chef / Baker for a full-time, on-site role located in Shah Alam, Malaysia. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing pastries, desserts, cakes, and bakery items while maintaining quality, consistency, and hygiene standards. The role also involves supporting daily kitchen and bakery operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastries, desserts, cakes, and bakery production
• Knowledge of baking techniques, food preparation, and presentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and creativity in bakery and dessert preparation
• Experience in hospitality, bakery, café, or restaurant operations is preferred
