Key Responsibilities
- To perform data entry into system for all the Incoming and Outgoing DO (Delivery Order).
- Writing production related records and documentations that comply to the requirement of FSMS (Food Safety Management System) in HACCP and ISO22000;
- Production records data entry into Code Max system;
- Records and documentations photocopying, keeping and filing;
- Monthly production data analysis; and
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties in kitchen operation that may be required.
Competencies:
- Patience.
- Good in follow-up.
- Ability to complete the daily work task on timely manner.
Requirement:
- SPM holder, or equivalent.
- Computer savvy.
- Able to converse and writing in both English and BM. Mandarin is added advantage.
- Able to work in Kota Damansara, Selangor
