Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Coordinate high-volume recruiting for production line workers, technicians, and specialized mechanics.
- Post job openings on industry-specific boards and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews around complex production shift schedules.
- Facilitate New Hire Orientation, focusing on plant safety protocols and union/non-union policies.
2. Workforce Management & Payroll Support
- Monitor and audit the Time and Attendance system to ensure accurate tracking of rotating shifts and overtime.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding payroll discrepancies or benefits enrollment.
- Maintain digital and physical personnel files in compliance with ISO/IATF 16949 standards.
3. Compliance & Safety
- Assist the Safety Officer in tracking mandatory OSHA/safety training completion.
- Support the administration of workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with federal, state, and local labor laws.
4. Employee Relations
- Assist in organizing employee engagement events (e.g., safety milestones, town halls, or holiday celebrations).
- Provide administrative support for disciplinary actions or grievance procedures as needed.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
