Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:
IT Infrastructure Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for infrastructure services (servers, storage, network, cloud, workplace technologies)
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues promptly; Assist in incident and problem resolution, including root cause analysis.
- Be available during off-office hours when required for critical issues or emergencies.
- Support change management processes and maintain accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IT standards and security policies; Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
- Participate in infrastructure projects and upgrades
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or related field with minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or service management
- Basic knowledge of networking, servers, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes is an advantage; Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or cloud-related (AWS, Azure) are a plus
- Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment
