About the Role
In this role, you will conduct IT, operational, and compliance audits to assess internal controls, governance, and risk management. You will be involved in audit planning, fieldwork, data analysis, control testing, and reporting—while engaging closely with business and IT stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, execution, and reporting for IT, operational, and compliance audits.
- Assess internal controls (process & IT), evaluate control design and effectiveness, and identify risks or gaps.
- Conduct fieldwork: interviews, walkthroughs, data analysis, and control testing.
- Perform system and application reviews (pre-, during, and post-implementation).
- Support investigations, system or security incident reviews, and follow-up audits.
- Prepare audit working papers and assist in drafting audit reports.
- Clearly communicate audit observations, including simplifying technical issues for non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on business processes, digital platforms, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT Governance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of internal audit experience, ideally within MNCs, PLCs, GLCs, or audit firms.
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CRMA, CCSA, CISA, or CFE are an added advantage.
- Good understanding of internal controls, risk-based auditing, and IT environments.
- Exposure to technologies such as operating systems, databases, networking, or software development.
- Strong analytical, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently, with resilience and flexibility.
- Willing to travel, sometimes on short notice.
