Responsibilities :

• Update SharePoint sites (sites, pages, libraries, lists, structure).
• Build and maintain simple Power Platform solutions (Power Apps forms, basicPower Automate flows).
• Apply basic scripting (HTML, CSS, JSON, PowerShell) for formatting and layouts.
• Handle entry-level admin tasks (permissions, site requests, storage checks).
• Provide first-line SharePoint/Teams support and user training sessions.
• Track tickets and escalate complex issues.

Profile

• Diploma/Higher Diploma/Degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
• 1–3 years IT support/SharePoint experience preferred.
• SharePoint Online content management experience.
• Experience with Power Platform development (Power Apps/Automate).
• Basic scripting skills (HTML/CSS/JSON/PowerShell).
• Clear and patient communication with non-technical users.
• Ability to prepare user training materials and deliver presentations to teams is an advantage.
• Fluent English and Mandarin.
