任职资格

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent. 
  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts, data processing, and model training workflows. 
  • Familiar with programming languages such as Python, Java, or Golang. 
  • Exposure to machine learning frameworks or libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, JAX, or equivalent is an added advantage. 
  • Basic understanding of data processing and database concepts such as SQL, Pandas, NumPy, or similar tools. 
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced development environment. 
  • Good communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Familiarity with data visualization or analysis tools such as Matplotlib, Pandas, or NumPy is a plus. 
  • Basic understanding or interest in NLP, recommendation systems, computer vision, or large language models (LLMs) is an added advantage. 
  • Candidates with university projects, personal AI/ML projects, GitHub portfolios, Kaggle participation, or internship experience related to machine learning or data analytics will have an added advantage. 
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus but not mandatory. 
  • Internship duration: Minimum 3 to 6 months preferred. 

岗位职责

  • Assist in designing, building, and maintaining machine learning models and algorithms under the guidance of senior engineers. 
  • Support data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and analysis from various data sources for model training purposes. 
  • Assist in training, validating, and evaluating machine learning models to improve model performance and accuracy. 
  • Support the deployment and integration of machine learning models into existing systems and applications. 
  • Monitor model performance and assist in troubleshooting or improving models when necessary. 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data analysts, and product teams to understand business requirements and deliver solutions. 
  • Participate in research and learning activities related to machine learning, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. 
  • Assist in documentation, testing, debugging, and optimization of AI/ML related systems and workflows.
