Assist in supporting the corporate secretarial team in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring company secretarial functions are carried out accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist in the incorporation of companies and preparation of relevant documents.
- Support the lodgement of statutory returns and documents in compliance with the Companies Act 2016.
- Help maintain and update clients’ statutory records, including registers, minute books and secretarial files.
- Assist in drafting basic written resolutions for the Board and Members.
- Provide administrative support to the company secretarial department and assist the Company Secretary as needed.
