Key Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, schematics, and layouts for new and existing products.
Perform calculations, simulations, and analysis to ensure system reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and documentation using CAD and electrical design software.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of electrical components and systems.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including mechanical and manufacturing engineers.
Create and maintain Bill of materials.
Support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities at project sites when required.
Ensure all designs meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for assigned engineering tasks.
Evaluate new technologies, components, and materials to improve system performance or reduce cost.
Provide technical support, root‑cause analysis, and corrective actions for electrical issues.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or a closely related field.
Strong foundation in circuit theory, power systems, control systems, electromagnetics, and electronics.
PLCs, automation, and control systems
Electrical safety standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC)
Skills & Competencies (Optional Section)
Proficiency in electrical design tools (AutoCAD Electrical).
Proficiency in Siemens PLC programming with SIMATIC STEP 7 & WinCC
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Knowledge of industry standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC, UL).
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with project management principles.
3–5 years experience in related field.
