Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Shah Alam for a Technical Sales Engineer. In this role, you will provide technical sales support, build and maintain customer relationships, and present engineering-based solutions to meet client requirements. You will also collaborate closely with various teams to understand customer needs, develop proposals, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions. Engaging with clients and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, demonstrating the ability to present complex engineering solutions effectively.
• Strong skills in Communication and building customer relationships to foster trust and business opportunities.
• Capability to provide Technical Support and assistance to clients, ensuring that their technical queries are resolved efficiently.
• Proven experience in Sales and developing business opportunities in technical or industrial markets.
• Self-motivation, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Palm Oil Industry or industrial plant maintenance is an advantage.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when necessary.
