To handle sales administration tasks, including SPA and loan documentation signing, billing and collection.
To liaise with purchasers, lawyers, bankers and other related parties.
Responsible to generate progress billing and reminders to ensure all collection are collected promptly.
Prepare weekly and monthly billing and collection reports and forecast collection.
Handle sub-sale, auction of properties.
To maintain proper filling system to ensure traceability of documents and update data in system.
Undertake other ad-hoc duties, assignments and other activities assigned by the Management from time to time.
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business/Economics/Marketing/Banking. Fresh Graduate is encouraged.
Meticulous, prompt follow-up, has initiative, good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Know how to read and speak Mandarin would be an added advantage as to deal with Mandarin speaking purchasers.
