Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Cyberjaya for a Human Resources Assistant. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for assisting with HR operations, managing employee records, supporting HRIS processes, coordinating benefits administration, and assisting with training initiatives. The role may involve supporting recruitment, employee onboarding, and answering internal HR-related queries. This position plays a key role in maintaining seamless HR functions and supporting the organization’s employees.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Management
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience with Benefits Administration and knowledge of employee benefits programs
- Ability to assist with Training initiatives and organize learning & development programs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is advantageous
