Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cyberjaya for a Human Resources Executive. The role involves managing HR operations, implementing and enforcing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing HR management functions. The Human Resources Executive will work to ensure compliance with organizational standards, support employee well-being, and contribute to an effective HR framework aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
• Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong skills in Employee Relations and supporting workforce dynamics
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently when required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and regulations is advantageous
• Prior experience in the ICT industry is a plus
