Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of working experience will have an added advantage
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good communication and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and other languages
- Confident, self-motivated, and proactive with a positive working attitude
- Able to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver results
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel within Klang Valley /Outstation
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and handle general enquiries
- Manage documentation, paperwork, and marketing-related administrative tasks
- Participate in events, roadshows, and promotional activities to increase app awareness
- Meet clients, conduct presentations, and promote the company’s application
- Assist users with app downloads and provide guidance when needed
- Perform cold calling and email outreach to potential clients
- Represent the company professionally during appointments and meetings
- Understand and meet customer requirements effectively
- Develop new customer base and generate leads from targeted markets
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
