• Degree (or equivalent experience) in graphic/multimedia design or a related field.
• At least 2 years of industrial experience as a professional designer. Good command of English with excellent communication skills.
• Able to present concept visualization through sketches, drawings and illustrations.
• Capable of integrating technical and visual solutions into a design concept.
• Good sense of layout, typography, and color harmony. 
• Dedicated, well organized, and result-oriented, with an eye for details. Able to work under pressure & tight timelines while delivering quality work. 
• Required skills: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & other major software for graphic design. Premiere Pro & After Effect for video editing will be an extra point for this role.
• Possess an in-depth understanding of marketing and advertising campaigns. 

*This is a remote job with occassional on-site presence as-and-when required.

We are looking for a Creative Designer on retainer service, who can take on any campaign/design brief and transforming it into a reality for our clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute design campaigns that effectively communicate and enhance our client’s brand. 
• Understand creative directions according to client’s requirements and create elegant and accessible marketing materials that fits for B2B / B2C target audience.
• Assist in creating simple animations and motion graphics for promotional videos and other media content. Edit and enhance videos to meet project requirements, including adding effects, transitions, and audio.
• Develop various forms marketing materials such as animated video content, social media materials, infographics, brochures, advertisements, merchandise and event materials (including booth design, invitations, booklets and posters). 
• Create designs in a detail-oriented manner, ensure quality and accuracy of all design related material whilst meeting tight deadlines. 
• Collaborate with team members in problem-solving, decision-making and organization for campaigns.
