The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Strategy development: Formulate plans and execute initiatives to identify potential partnerships and collaborations
- Pitch design: Develop materials tailored to partners to effectively convey our service value proposition
- Client management: Arrange and participate in client pitch meetings and address concerns
- Client onboarding: Support in ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas
- Proactive and self-driven, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team
- Prior experience in sales or business development will be advantageous
