About the Job
This role will be managing production planning activities, including scheduling, material coordination, order processing, and cross-functional communication to ensure smooth production flow, timely order fulfillment, and continuous operational improvement.
Working Location: Iskandar Puteri - Johor
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure orders are completed on time.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials, tools, and consumables to support daily operations.
- Check and prepare production work orders, including BOM, routing, and tooling requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers and external vendors for outsourcing activities and urgent orders.
- Support internal teams and sales colleagues on production planning and order-related matters.
- Maintain production documents such as certificates, reports, and related records.
- Review production performance and support continuous improvement to enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
- Min 3 years of experience in production planning, purchasing, or manufacturing operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- SAP knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
- Independent, proactive, and willing to learn with a positive working attitude.
