Job Summary

The Senior Executive - Software Development will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications that meet business requirements. This role involves collaborating with other developers, testers, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle. The Senior Executive will also contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring junior developers. 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and debug software defects. 

• Maintain existing software applications and implement enhancements. 

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 

• Relevant certifications in specific programming languages or technologies are a plus (refer below). 

Skills & Abilities

• Familiar with frontend programming languages (React, TypeScript) and/or backend (Python, Node.js, Go), or any relevant programming languages.
• Familiar with AI applications such as Cursor or Windsurf or Claude Code.
• Familiar with AI toolings such as MCP, rules and hooks. 

• Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git). 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Excellent organizational and time management skills. 

• Ability to learn new technologies quickly. 

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

3 Years and above
