We’re looking for a Backend Tech Lead Java (Spring Boot & Microservices)to support our team in Selangor, Malaysia. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Java Spring Boot microservices with a focus on scalability, performance, and resilience

• Define and enforce backend architecture standards , design patterns, and best practices

• Act as a technical mentor to development teams

• Drive cloud native application development on AWS, including deployment, scaling, and monitoring

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external/internal systems

• Oversee containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes

• Ensure application security, reliability, and observability (logging, monitoring, alerts)

• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for faster and reliable releases

• Participate in production support, performance tuning, and root cause analysis when neede
