About the role

Codon Genomics Sdn Bhd is seeking talented Software Engineers to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop and maintain software solutions that support our genomics research and analysis platforms. Whether your expertise is in front-end or back-end development, this full-time position based in Cheras, Selangor offers the opportunity to work on impactful technologies in the biotechnology and genomics industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack software applications
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective software solutions
3. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
4. Participate in the full software development lifecycle from planning to deployment
5. Improve system performance, reliability, and overall user experience
6. Stay updated with modern technologies, tools, and software engineering practices

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2. Minimum 2 years of software development experience with proven project delivery
3. Proficient in JavaScript and/or C# programming
4. Experience with React Native, Vue.js, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, or Node.js
5. Good understanding of OOP, software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
6. Familiar with Git, Agile methodologies, and MSSQL (T-SQL)
