Who We’re Looking For

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following fields:
- Human Resource Management
- Business Management
- Office System Management
- Tourism Management

Minimum Requirements:

• CGPA 2.00 and above
• Aged 27 and below
• Energetic, self-motivated, and a strong team player
• Willing to learn, adaptable, and proactive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized filing system and ensure all documentation is properly controlled
• Assist in the recruitment process from candidate screening to culture-fit assessment
• Support employee engagement activities and respond to general HR enquiries
• Carry out other HR and administrative duties as assigned

Program Details

• Duration: 9 months
• Soft Skills Training: 1 week (starting 1 April 2026)
• On-the-Job Training: 8 months and 3 weeks
