Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive IT Executive to support the company’s IT infrastructure, hardware, and end-user support operations. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining IT assets, and supporting daily IT operations across branches/stores.

Job Responsibilities

* Provide IT support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues

* Connect, install, and configure IT hardware and peripherals

* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, printer, POS system, and basic network-related issues

* Perform setup, installation, maintenance, and upgrading of IT equipment

* Support end users via remote support or on-site troubleshooting

* Maintain proper logs and records for IT support, repairs, and preventive maintenance

* Manage and maintain IT asset inventory to ensure records are accurate and up to date

* Track IT equipment allocation, movement, and condition across the organization

* Monitor and maintain basic network infrastructure including switches, routers, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity

* Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair, warranty claims, and IT-related services

* Ensure IT devices and systems are operating properly and securely

* Provide IT support for branches/stores when required

* Perform other IT-related duties assigned by management

Requirements

* Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

* Candidates with experience in IT support, infrastructure, or helpdesk support will have an added advantage

* Knowledge of Windows operating systems, computer hardware, networking, and Microsoft Office

* Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi setup

* Experience supporting POS systems, barcode printers, or retail IT systems is an added advantage

* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Possess own transport and willing to travel/outstation when required

* Possess a valid driving license

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
