Job Scope – Logistics Admin (Warehouse)
- Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Prepare and update delivery orders, invoices, GRN, and other logistics documents.
- Monitor stock levels, perform regular inventory checks, and ensure accurate stock records.
- Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Assist in planning delivery schedules and tracking shipments.
- Handle data entry, filing, and maintenance of warehouse records.
- Ensure all documents are correctly filed and updated in the system.
- Communicate with the production and procurement teams for order status and stock availability.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the warehouse office area.
- Support the warehouse team with administrative tasks and any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
