Job Responsibilities as below:
- To ensure that the preparation, presentation and services are carried out promptly and to the agreed company standards and to promote a friendly and helpful atmosphere.
- Prepares, produces and bakes goods following SOP based on company recipes at daily basic.
- To maintain a high standard of food hygiene, safety and cleanliness in accordance with the company and client policies and statutory requirements.
- Monitor, lead and motivate staffs of proper food handling, maintenance and safety.
- Monitor and ensure that the control of raw materials is always kept at the correct temperatures and right places.
- Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items and baked good are according to company recipes and standards.
- Oversee and monitor the preparation and baking of baked goods when Baker Head Chef/Sous Chef are not present.
- Communicate well and work as a team to promote harmonious working relationships also a better and efficiency team.
- Ensure compliance with Food Hygiene, Health & Safety Standards and Sanitation Policies.
- Clean kitchen equipment and tools before and after use.
- Ensure proper storage of baking utensils.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
