About the Environment

Magnificent Park Bakery is a neighborhood bakery café focused on quality products, warm hospitality, and a comfortable community dining experience. We value teamwork, consistency, and genuine service.

We are looking for friendly and energetic Service Crew members to provide a warm dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for customer service, order taking, food and beverage serving, and maintaining cleanliness and service standards within the café.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards
• Ensure dining and service areas are clean, organized, and presentable
• Handle customer enquiries and basic complaints professionally
• Maintain product knowledge and menu familiarity
• Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing duties
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Assist in stock arrangement and replenishment when needed

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent
• Prior F&B or customer service experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
