岗位职责

The Digital Operator supports live match operations by managing digital systems, data workflows, reports, and technical issues. The role ensures that digital platforms run smoothly during match operations.

Responsibilities

Communication and Coordination

  • Communicate clearly with internal teams during live operations.
  • Use Teams and Slack to contact the correct person or group for each issue.
  • Understand who is responsible for each task during match operations.
  • Explain data or technical issues clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.

Digital Workflow Management

  • Follow the correct workflow for each digital service.
  • Use tools such as Collector and FSP dashboards to monitor and manage data workflows.
  • Make sure digital processes are followed accurately during match operations.

Reporting

  • Prepare and send required reports on time.
  • Report issues to the correct team or channel.
  • Track and communicate updates clearly.

Incident and Issue Handling

  • Respond to issues quickly, ideally within 5 minutes.
  • Troubleshoot known technical issues using approved workarounds.
  • Use dashboards and tools such as Swing to manage incidents.
  • Review data and identify possible problems that may affect operations.

Ticket Creation

  • Create Jira or Care tickets when required.
  • Select the correct ticket type based on the issue.
  • Provide clear details when raising tickets.

Match Operations Support

  • Support higher-level tasks related to live match operations.
  • Use operational tools such as VSM, Swing, dashboards, and other required systems.
  • Ensure all digital systems are working properly before, during, and after match operations.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Amenable to work on 24/7 rotational shift
  • Able to communicate clearly through phone, chat, and email.
  • Experience in digital operations, IT support, or software support.
  • Basic understanding of digital platforms, systems, dashboards, and tools.
  • Able to troubleshoot technical issues.
