Location : Kempas, Johor Bahru.
Internship period : 5-6 months or more
Job Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal platforms, ensuring efficient and professional communication.
- Work closely with departments such as warehouse, operations, and transport to facilitate prompt deliveries and address customer issues.
- Help in creating and maintaining delivery timetables, tracking updates, and shipping documentation.
- Support the accurate documentation of all customer communications and transactions.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor on an as-needed basis.
Job Requirements :
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
