Job Responsibilities
- Monitor solar PV system performance daily (AM & PM) to identify and report issues.
- Prepare monthly/yearly performance reports for clients when required.
- Assist customers by handling inquiries and providing support solutions.
- Prepare post-maintenance reports and maintain proper records.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve system-related issues.
- Follow company procedures, communication guidelines, and policies.
- Support troubleshooting and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Responsible, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
