The HR Executive is responsible for supporting daily Human Resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, staff engagement, and administrative functions to ensure smooth HR processes within the organization.

THE JOBSCOPE
Handle recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding process.
Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and database accurately.
Assist with payroll preparation, attendance, leave records, and staff claims.
Support employee engagement activities, training, and internal communication initiatives.
Coordinate staff confirmation, resignation, disciplinary matters, and other HR-related processes.
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and company regulations are followed.
Liaise with internal departments and external parties regarding HR matters when required.
Assist with HR reports, audits, and documentation preparation.
Support day-to-day HR administrative and operational duties.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience is an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
