Operation Admin Executive
Location: Uptown 2, Damansara Utama
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm
Working Days: 5 days in a week
Salary Range: RM 3000 – RM 4500
Responsibilities
- Managing back-end operation of Service Centre.
- Implementation and standardizing professional service experiences, ensure all Service Centre providing a quality service.
- Handling offline and online customers’ complaints via mobile phone.
- Identifying inefficiencies in operational processes and proposing improvements.
- To provide administrative support.
- Assist in ad-hoc operation, and performance tracking when required.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Marketing / Business Development or equivalent.
- Good team player and fast learner & good in time management.
- Possess initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess positive interpersonal communication skills and keen to learn.
- Required language (s) : Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. Excellent Mandarin fluency is an added advantage.
- Job Skills: PPT, Excel, Words, Writing and communication skill.
