ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather and analyze user requirements to develop functional specifications.
• Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to design and implement new systems or system enhancements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation, including software designs, user manuals, and test plans.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, data models, and user guides.
• Assist in the testing and deployment of new systems or system updates.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.

Day to day work:

1. Documentation and training: Developing and maintaining system documentation and providing technical support to end-users.

2. Collaboration and communication: Working effectively with stakeholders and development teams to implement new systems or enhancements.

3. Testing and deployment: Assisting in the testing and deployment of new systems or system updates.

4. Documentation: Creating and maintaining thorough software documentation, including designs, user manuals, and test plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Must be fluent and proficient in English and Mandarin language.
• Proficient in documenting software systems, designs, and processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and project-manage skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in project requirements and priorities.
• Willingness to assist in testing and deployment activities.
• Willingness to learn and implement new technologies.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

· RM5,000 – RM7,000 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)

· Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

WORKING HOUR:

Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm
