ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Take ownership of Laravel Development projects from conception to delivery, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and excel under tight deadlines, consistently delivering high-quality results.

· Participate in/lead technical discussions on business requirements

· Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Laravel developers of up to 5 members, including code reviews, best practices and architectural decisions.

· Develop High-quality, scalable and maintainable web applications, modules and components.

· Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, providing innovative solutions to overcome challenges together with Backend Teams

· Create and maintain technical document related to web projects including architecture diagrams, coding standards, system configurations.

· Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Laravel Development, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the development process and product quality.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

· 5+ years of development experiences in Web Development (front-end/full-stack), preferably with Laravel Framework

· Familiarity in PHP ( Laravel ), MySQL, CSS3, Javascript,

· Familiarity with UI Library( Bootstrap / Tailwind ) and responsive web design principles.

· Familiarity with SEO

· Proven experiences in website/ web applications that have medium or higher traffic.

· Proven experience in leading technical teams, providing mentorship, and guiding developers in web development projects

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and troubleshoot complex issues in web applications.

· Proficiency in Test-Driven Development and familiarity with highly scalable and distributed systems.

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS

· RM8,000 – RM10,000 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)

· Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

WORKING HOUR:

Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm
