We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Business Enablement. This role will act as the senior support person for Nationwide Business Enablement activities. The incumbent will monitor daily performance, assist admins on operational issues, coordinate with branches, sales teams, banks, and internal stakeholders, and ensure timely, accurate, and quality hire purchase processing. This role also supports the higher level operation, including bank monthly cadence coordination, campaign execution, reporting, approval ratio monitoring, ancillary vendor performance, and compliance checks. The Senior Executive should be organized, accountable, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in a fast-paced operations environment.

Your Day-To-Day :

Monitor daily performance of Centralized Credit Processing and Nationwide Business Enablement activities, including submission volume, approvals, pending reasons, aging, turnaround time, disbursement, take-up status, and approval ratio.

Act as the senior point of support for Admin, Credit Processing by guiding admins on daily task prioritization, process flow, issue handling, and escalation matters.

Assist the Manager in overseeing daily credit processing operations and Business Enablement support activities across nationwide branches.

Advise and guidance to Admin, Credit Processing in case preparation and submission routing based on bank credit appetite, customer profile, internal guidelines, and assigned workflow.

Monitor and update daily trackers, dashboards, and case movement records accurately for management visibility and follow-up.

Identify recurring document gaps, operational bottlenecks, process delays, or branch-related issues, and highlight them to the Manager with clear findings.

Support hire purchase submissions and provide frontline assistance to sales and branch teams where required.

Liaise with banks and financial institutions on approval status, campaign rates, turnaround time improvement, and ad-hoc financing matters.

Prepare monthly operational & financial institution performance reports.

Assist in hire purchase campaign execution, ad-hoc sales events, strategic initiatives, and financial institution partner coordination.

Support continuous improvement of Business Enablement workflow, admin SOPs, trackers, and process efficiency.

Perform ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Manager related to credit processing, Business Enablement, and FS&A operations.

Your Know How :

Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or related field.

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in administrative operations, hire purchase, loan processing, financial services, sales support, or business operations.

Experience in credit processing, hire purchase submissions, bank coordination, or financial institution operations will be an added advantage.

Good understanding of hire purchase submission flow, document checking, bank credit appetite, and customer profile matching.

Good working knowledge of Google Office, especially Google Sheets, with the ability to manage trackers, reports, and dashboards.

Strong attention to detail and ability to review documents accurately and consistently.

Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases, stakeholders, and priorities at once.

Able to guide and support admins in daily operations, issue resolution, process adherence, and escalation matters.

Good communication and coordination skills when working with branches, sales teams, banks, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Able to identify process gaps, recurring issues, and operational delays, and escalate them with clear information and follow-up actions.

Responsible, dependable, proactive, and comfortable working in a structured but fast-paced operations environment.

Good sense of ownership, accountability, compliance awareness, and willingness to support continuous process improvement.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
