• Match against supplier invoice to GRN from system to ensure timely recording by receiving personnel upon receive delivery order.
• Prepare payment to supplier accordance to payment terms on monthly basis.
• Checking on the stock adjustment provided by production department and maintain in system.
• Prepare stock reconciliation on monthly basis.
• Planned for yearly stock take.
• Responsible for handling and managing financial accounting activities.
• Responsible for performing account closing activities and reconciliations.
• Update costing on quarterly basis.
• Ad hoc activities.

Requirements:

• Hold a LCCI / Diploma in Accounting
• 1-3 years working experience in the related field is require.
• Mature and resourceful with good interpersonal and communication skills.
