任职资格

Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of working experience will have an added advantage
Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good communication and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and other languages
Confident, self-motivated, and proactive with a positive working attitude
Able to multitask, work under pressure, and deliver results
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel within Klang Valley /Outstation

岗位职责

Provide customer service and handle general enquiries
Manage documentation, paperwork, and marketing-related administrative tasks
Participate in events, roadshows, and promotional activities to increase app awareness
Meet clients, conduct presentations, and promote the company’s application
Assist users with app downloads and provide guidance when needed
Perform cold calling and email outreach to potential clients
Represent the company professionally during appointments and meetings
Understand and meet customer requirements effectively
Develop new customer base and generate leads from targeted markets
Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
