Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Shah Alam for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, preparing sales presentations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires timely reporting and effective communication with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills to engage customers and close deals
• Experience in market research, lead generation, and relationship management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or relevant regional languages
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop action plans to improve performance
• Proactive and results-driven with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• Previous experience in the adhesive or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
