任职资格

  • Education and Qualification: Currently pursuing a degree or above in mechanical/electrical/automotive engineering field 
  • Experience in automotive industry and car accessories is an advantage.For fresh graduate with high qualification, on the job training will be provided 

岗位职责

  • Product design specification and improvement:
    • Analyse existing products specification and marketing design and recommend product streamlining
    • Analyse common product technical issues; prepare and update product improvement report
  • OE Project
    • Involved in the product development stage for product testing and evaluation, coordinate with supplier to ensure the product specifications, products certification and timeline which meet customer requirements.
    • Maintain project documentation, including proposal, reports and meeting minutes for internal and external parties.
    • Attend and support sales and technical department on product presentation, demonstration and trial fitment 
    • Address and resolve quality issues that arise during the project supply phase including PDI on-site and dealer site.
  • Product Subject Matter Expert
    • Create and maintain Product Specification information handbook to serve as a reference for internal and external parties.
    • Coordinate and conduct in-house and external product training (product knowledge, FAQ, etc.)
    • Work together with Business Unit Department to understand the international and local market product in demand to ensure that we always have the right products available to sell and promote in the market
    • Survey and prepare market competition information to advise company management on future products roadmap
    • Prepare new product technical report template together with Technical Department to ensure that all new products review, analysis and tests are in accordance to most up to date specifications
    • Review new product technical report and advise on new product to launch to meet market and customer demand 
    • Prepare product FAQ based on common technical issues analyzed
    • Provide product support to different departments on an as-needed basis based on information from sales, operations and warranty claims data analysis
